Today one of my Meetup groups did the Mission Trails Park 5-Peak Challenge.

Cowles Mountain/Pyles Peak

We met at the staging area and caught the sun peaking over the mountains from the top of Cowles Mountain (1592’), proceeded to Pyles Peak (1379’), the we returned to the staging area.

Next we drove to Old Mission Dam for our ascents of North Fortuna (1291’) and South Fortuna (1094’).

Kwaay Paay

We returned to our cars and restocked supplies before climbing Kwaay Paay (1194’).
